Ready2List was founded by Rockey Gaines, a licensed real estate professional who understands what it takes to prepare a property for the market. Working in real estate means seeing firsthand how quickly the pre-listing process can become overwhelming for both sellers and agents.
With a strong attention to detail and a background in business and real estate, Rockey created Ready2List to fill the gap between identifying what needs to be done and actually getting the right people scheduled to evaluate and complete the work.
